用高分辨度摄象机来装备由工业机器人与计算机组成的系统。在摄象机—计算机接口中,有可用计算机程序控制的电子窗口。用粗光栅扫描检测物体的存在及其近似位置。只在围绕物体的有限窗口中,使用细光柵和7个亮度阈值,这样既节约存储空间与时间,又不损失精度。例如能够在原来的完整区域位置上,检测出两个物体或者分辨出形状相同而颜色不一样的物体。机器人对物体的观测、分类、测辨等过程,是按全自动化序列完成的。
High-resolution cameras are used to equip systems composed of industrial robots and computers. In the camera-computer interface there is an electronic window that can be controlled by a computer program. Rough raster scan detects the presence of an object and its approximate position. In limited windows around the object, thin gratings and 7 brightness thresholds are used, saving both storage space and time without loss of accuracy. For example, in the original location of the entire region, the detection of two objects or distinguish the same shape and color of different objects. Robots on the object observation, classification, measurement and other processes, is completed by the fully automated sequence.
