大會开了十八天,參加共一二五單位,二三八人,這次會議是全省第一次大規模的會議,總結了一九五○年工作;传达了全国二届金融會议精神,在主席的的領導及參加會议同志們的努力下,得到很大的收獲,主要的是明確了今年的總方針,与今年的主要工作,交流了經驗,集中了思想,教育了幹部,较深入的研討了各項工作,因此,在認識上和政策水平上都提高了一步,特别是农村行面對农村的重要性,及對調查研究工作有了新的认识,經過作計划的工作,對今年的工作又深入了一步,在執行上有了依據,對完成五一年的任務打下了初步基礎。
