第一工作檢查: 成绩方面 1.從三月份起,我們已经先後建立了十二个专區稅局,九十九个骠局,三百四十七个稅務所,另外有一个市局。除省市局是在舊的基礎上建立起來以外,共餘局所都是從新建立起來的。到目前為止,已經有三千以上的稅收幹部從事税收工作,並且在這短短的幾个月中積累了不少的經驗。在今后展开工作和完成任務上打下了堅寶的基礎。 2.從數字上看,至七月份止,已經徵收了六千多萬斤大米,雖然這個数字比上級所给任务还差很遠,但在平衡國家財政收支和穩定物價上,起了相當的作用,以上這些成績的獲得,主要是同志們的積極努力和忘我的工作,以及各级领导的重視和各有關部門的密切配合。
