第一条為有效的貫澈林业政策,進行有計划有組織的合理採伐,供应工礦交通薪炭及其他建築等用材,協助发展生產建设,特定本办法。第二條凡承辦採運工矿交通建築等用材之木商,除参加合法組織外,必須向该区林业工作站办理登記,以便共同承辦。第三條各工礦交通及其他部門所需枕木、欀木、電桿、薪炭及建築用材,須將种类、规格、數量於使用前二个月通知採办地区林业工作站,以便辦理。第四条採辦林木商,应依照修正雲南省護林、造林暂行辦法第四條之規定,辦理申请手續,市縣人民政府接到申请书後,应即通知森林所在地之護林會或农協會提供意見,必要時
