党的十七届六中全会《决定》提出“深入开展学雷锋活动,采取措施推动学雷锋活动常态化。”高校是人才的集聚地,而学生管理工作又是重中之重,对全面培养人次具有重要保障作用,学雷锋常态化引入学生管理工作具有重大现实意义。本文从推动学雷锋常态化机制的重大意义入手,找出推动学雷锋常态化的方法,实现了推动学雷锋常态化引入学生管理工作的整体思路与实践探索。
