中小学校的校长尽管有“官”的某些属性,但其教化的职业更赋予其是学校工作的“先行者”。教化的职业,促使校长关注的是如何教书育人,倾注的是思想意识的引导、知识文化的传导、德行操守的育导。尽管当今的“校长负责制”赋予校长某些外在的、物质性的“官”属性,但校长的职业行为、教育特点、学校文化现象,同样赋予校长更多内在的“精神领袖”属性。因此笔者认为,校长不是“官”!更勿把校长当“官”做!
Although primary and secondary school principals have certain attributes of “official”, their enlightened profession gives them more “pioneer” in school work. Enlightened career, prompting the principal is concerned about how to teach and educate people, devoted to the ideological guidance, knowledge and culture, ethical conduct. In spite of the fact that today's presidential responsibility system gives certain principal and material “official” attributes to principals, the principal's professional behavior, educational features, and school culture also give principals more intrinsic “ Spiritual leader ”attribute. Therefore, I believe that the principal is not “official ”! Do not the principal when “official ” to do!
