分层教学法主要是要根据学生储备知识、接受能力的不同而实施有针对性的教学策略,设定多层次的教学目标。它是因材施教理念的重要体现,适应我国的素质教育理念。中学生已经初步具备了一定的体育技能,其接受能力较强,容易培养体育兴趣。但是因为部分学生较为敏感,实施分层教学法可以说是利弊并存,有利的一方面在于能够激励一些不服输的学生积极提高自己的能力,而不好的一面就在于会对一些心理较为敏感的学生造成打击,认为得不到的重视,因此在篮球的教学中运用分层教学法一定要注意策略。
