In 1992, industrial giants such as Japan, the United States, and Europe headed the summit in Helsinki to discuss the feasibility study criteria and guidelines for the global cooperation program of the Intelligent Manufacturing System (IMS). INTELLIGENT MANUFACTVRING SYSTEMS (hereinafter referred to as IMS) global cooperation plan is Japan first proposed in 1989 to the United States and the European Community. The IMS program is designed to enable a global next-generation manufacturing system from ordering to sales through R & D, designing, manufacturing, distributing and managing the entire manufacturing process. Develop and establish an internationally compatible network of communications systems to enhance the exchange of information between manufacturers and sales companies around the world for the purpose of formulating effective business policies and production plans and accelerating the emergence of manufacturing excellence in technology innovations owned by individual enterprises
