1988年的初春,在崇明岛中部一条不太起眼的公路旁挂出了一块厂牌,上海华星牙膏厂默默地诞生了,当初的华星厂是一个职工仅有25人、5间棚舍和几台旧机器、年产值18万元、年创利3万元、靠自筹5万元资金创办的乡办小厂。8年来,“华星人”开拓进取,艰苦创业,如今发展成为拥有4条软管流水线和3条牙膏灌装流水线,固定资产达3500万元,创下了令人赞叹的“华星奇迹”。这是全厂290名员工艰苦奋斗的结果,更凝结着龚承昌同志的心血和汗水。
In the early spring of 1988, a brand was hung beside a less obscure road in the central part of Chongming Island. The Shanghai Huaxing Toothpaste Factory was silently born. The original Huaxing Factory was an employee with only 25 people, 5 houses and several houses. Taiwan’s old factories, annual production value of 180,000 yuan, annual profit of 30,000 yuan, relying on self-raised funds of 50,000 yuan founded the township-run small factory. In the past eight years, “Hua Xing Ren” pioneered and forge ahead with painstaking efforts. Today, it has developed four hose lines and three toothpaste filling lines. The fixed assets amounted to RMB 35 million, setting a stunning “China Star Miracle”. This is the result of the arduous struggle of 290 employees throughout the factory. It also condenses the hard work and sweat of Comrade Gong Chengchang.
