The new curriculum standard states that as a qualified teacher in a new era, we must learn to change our concepts. Teachers are required to change their roles from the traditional 45-minute classroom teaching role to the role of mentors, organizers, and participants in the education process. The basic functions of the teacher as the executor of cultural heritage have not changed, but he can not directly convey experience to the students as an authoritative person. Instead, he achieves cultural transmission through indirect means. He used various methods to mobilize and guide students to participate in the learning process and guide students to explore in their carefully designed environment. Teachers are no longer pure senders, but are also partners of students, organizers of activities, and supporters and helpers of students’ learning processes. Teachers’ roles are increasingly being developed in multiple directions.
