重庆歌乐山烈士陵园,是抗日战争、解放战争时期国民党特务机关“中美合作所集中营”所在地。在集中营里关押、迫害、屠杀了叶挺、杨虎城、罗世文、江竹筠等著名的革命志士。1949年11月27日,国民党溃逃出重 庆之际制造了震惊中外的“11·27”大屠杀,被关押在这里的200余名革命者先后被杀害。烈士们为了新中国的诞生和人民的自由幸福,投身于革命洪流,他们在老虎凳、皮鞭、镣铐的淫威酷刑面前,表现了压倒一切敌人
Chongqing Geleshan Martyrs Cemetery, is the Anti-Japanese War, the KMT’s secret service organs during the “Sino-US cooperation camp.” In the concentration camp, they detained, persecuted and slaughtered the famous revolutionary intellectuals like Ye Ting, Yang Hucheng, Luo Shiwen and Jiang Zhuyun. On November 27, 1949, the Kuomintang fleeing from Chongqing created the “11 · 27” massacre that shocked China and other parts of the world. More than 200 revolutionaries were detained there and killed. For the sake of the birth of New China and the freedom and happiness of the people, the martyrs devoted themselves to the torrent of revolution.
