目的:了解流脑菌群在我省的流行、分布及耐药状况,以便采取防治措施。方法:2005年~2008年我们依据流行性脑脊髓膜炎诊断标准和处理原则[1]对流脑菌株进行流脑血清学鉴定、生化试验、菌群分布及耐药状况检测。结果:收集流脑病例咽拭102份,脑脊液标本63份,密切接触者咽拭子标本621份,健康人群咽拭子2528份,共检测出Nm菌62株。对其中的36株Nm做了药敏试验,头孢噻肟、氯霉素、环丙沙星敏感率为100%,其它7种抗生素的敏感率为30.56%~97.22%不等。结论:我省近年流脑病例仍以Nm A群为主,Nm C群有所增多。耐药菌株逐年增加,建议在临床治疗中应依据细菌的耐药特点,合理选择抗生素。
Objective: To understand the prevalence, distribution and drug resistance of meningococcal flora in our province in order to take prevention and treatment measures. Methods: From 2005 to 2008, we conducted serological identification, biochemical tests, distribution of bacteria and detection of drug resistance in meningococcal strains according to the diagnostic criteria and treatment principle of epidemic meningococcal disease [1]. Results: 102 cases of epidemic encephalitis were swallowed, 63 samples of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), 621 throat swab specimens from close contacts and 2528 throat swabs from healthy people. Totally 62 strains of Nm were detected. Thirty-six strains of Nm were tested for susceptibility. The sensitivity of cefotaxime, chloramphenicol and ciprofloxacin was 100%. The sensitivity of other seven antibiotics ranged from 30.56% to 97.22%. Conclusion: In recent years, the cases of mycosis in our province are still mainly Nm A group, Nm C group increased. Drug-resistant strains increased year by year, it is recommended in clinical treatment should be based on the characteristics of bacterial resistance, rational choice of antibiotics.
