2003年以来,国家意识到房价的虚高,下达了调控房价的一系列政策,但是,四年来,我国大部分的房价仍然是呈持续上涨的状态,房价的增长速度远超过国民经济的在增长速度。究其原因,房子离不开土地,所以,房价与土地制度密切相关,本文就我国当前的土地政策,从土地管理的层面来谈房价的调控。
Since 2003, the state has realized that the price of housing is high and has issued a series of policies on the control of housing prices. However, for the past four years, most of the housing prices in our country are still in a state of sustained rise. The growth rate of housing prices far exceeds that of the national economy speed. The reason, the house is inseparable from the land, so the house price and land system is closely related to the current land policy in our country, from the land management level to talk about the regulation of house prices.
