我所在的实习医院(以下简称我院)发现因用缩合葡萄糖氯化钠注射液后出现皮疹5例,患者颈部、前胸部及四肢等部位有红色斑丘疹,部分病人有皮肤瘙痒,也有人没有症状。治疗一般给予地塞米松等抗过敏处理。
My internship hospital (hereinafter referred to as my hospital) found that 5 cases of rash occurred after using condensed dextrose sodium chloride injection. There were red rash on the neck, anterior chest and extremities. Some patients had pruritus and some had itchy skin. No symptoms. Treatment is generally given dexamethasone and other anti-allergic treatment.
