研究了夹河煤矿副井控制室人机界面布局。根据成年男性的作业范围,从人机工程学角度,充分考虑单人作业的特点,设计并提出了标准提升机控制台模型和显控系统仿真方案,结合控制台应用形式提出人机参数,设计了6种改善方案,并应用CATIA软件进行了仿真分析,在控制器可及性、提升机司机驾驶作业姿势和提升机司机视野方面进行了仿真,结果表明,方案5最优。煤矿副井控制室人机改善的研究是人机工程在现代安全高效矿井建设中的有益探索,该研究为全国煤矿副井控制室人机界面布置的设计与改善提供参考。
The man-machine interface layout of auxiliary shaft control room in Jiahe Coal Mine was studied. According to the working range of adult men, from the perspective of ergonomics, considering the characteristics of single operation, the standard hoist console model and the simulation program of the display and control system are designed and put forward. Combined with the console application form, the man-machine parameters, design Six kinds of improvement programs were made and the simulation analysis was carried out by using CATIA software. The simulation results showed that controller 5 was the best in terms of controller accessibility, driver’s driving operation posture and hoist driver’s field of vision. The research on man-machine improvement of coal mine auxiliary shaft control room is a useful exploration of man-machine engineering in the construction of modern safe and efficient mine. This research provides a reference for the design and improvement of man-machine interface layout in the control room of coal mine auxiliary well.
