目的探讨甲醛灭菌组合物在低温真空状态下的灭菌效果。方法采用自研的140L低温真空甲醛灭菌箱,被灭菌器械装入灭菌箱内,灭菌介质采用自研的甲醛灭菌组合物,开启低温真空甲醛灭菌箱的程控灭菌程序,灭菌效果采用常规生物指示剂和PVD加强型生物指示剂进行监测。结果1%甲醛灭菌组合物在真空状态下,常规生物指示剂和PVD加强型生物指示剂全部呈阴性反应,对照菌管全部呈阳性反应,灭菌全部合格,灭菌合格率为100%。结论甲醛灭菌组合物在低温真空状态下穿透力强,能杀灭细长管道和器械腔隙内的所有微生物,适合对细长管道、多腔隙电动力器械、电子仪器和精密光学仪器的灭菌。
Objective To investigate the sterilization effect of formaldehyde sterilization composition under vacuum at low temperature. Methods A self-made 140L cryogenic vacuum formaldehyde formaldehyde sterilization box was used and sterilized in a sterilizing box. The autoclaved formaldehyde sterilization composition was used in the sterilizing medium to open the program for the sterilization of formaldehyde in a vacuum vacuum formaldehyde sterilizing box. Conclusion The formaldehyde sterilization composition has strong penetrability under low temperature and vacuum conditions and can kill all microorganisms in the slender pipe and the instrument cavity. It is suitable for slender pipe, multi-cavity electrodynamic instrument, electronic instrument and precision optical instrument Sterilization.
