科技管理要有“三件宝”;用制度来约束人,用感情来联络人,用效益去激励人,三者缺一不可。 用制度来制约人。赏罚分明不养五种人——老爷;少爷(管理经营者的子弟);姑爷(族中亲属);舅爷(亲族中的长辈);大爷(对工作极端不负责任者)。
The management of science and technology must have “three treasures”; use the system to bind people, connect people with emotions, and use incentives to motivate people. The three are indispensable. Use the system to control people. Rewards and penalties clearly do not support five kinds of people - masters; young masters (children of managers); uncles (family relatives); grandfathers (elders in the family); grandfather (who is extremely irresponsible to the job).
