A semi-hydrostatic test was used to test the acute exposure of Cr6 + to Nibea japonica. The effects of Cr6 + on the micronuclei of peripheral blood cells of Periploca japonica at 6, 12, 24, 72 and 96 hours after exposure were studied. Nuclear abnormal rate and hepatopancreas superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activity. The results showed that the micronucleus rate and abnormal rate of erythrocytes were significantly higher under Cr6 + stress than those of the control group (P <0.05). Under the same concentration of Cr6 + stress, (P> 0.05). The activities of SOD and CAT in different concentrations of Cr6 + treatment significantly changed (P <0.05), and then increased in the first 96 hours, then decreased and then increased.
