目的观察金龙胶囊联合顺铂单药化疗、同步三维适形放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法 62例中晚期宫颈癌患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,对照组给予三维适形放疗+同步顺铂单药化疗(顺铂40mg/m2,放疗第1、8、15、22、29、36天静脉注射,共增敏化疗4～6周);治疗组三维适形放疗、同步顺铂单药化疗方案同对照组,并给予金龙胶囊1.0g/次,3次/d,口服,至放疗结束后2周。比较2组治疗前及同步放化疗结束2周后T细胞亚群及自然杀伤细胞变化、生存质量及不良反应发生情况,并于放疗结束后2个月评定2组疗效。结果治疗组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值和自然杀伤细胞水平较治疗前增高(P<0.05),对照组治疗后CD3+、CD4+低于治疗前(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值、自然杀伤细胞水平与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值与自然杀伤细胞比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率(68.8%)高于对照组(40.0%)。治疗组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 金龙胶囊联合顺铂单药化疗、同步三维适形放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌可提高机体免疫力、改善生存质量、提高近期疗效及减轻不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jinlong Capsule combined with cisplatin monotherapy and concurrent three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Methods Sixty-two patients with advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 32) and control group (n = 30). The control group received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy plus cisplatin chemotherapy (cisplatin 40mg / 22,29,36 days of intravenous injection, a total of sensitized chemotherapy for 4 to 6 weeks); treatment group three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, synchronous cisplatin single-drug chemotherapy with the control group, and given the Jinlong capsule 1.0g / time, 3 times / d , Orally, to 2 weeks after the end of radiotherapy. The changes of T cell subsets, natural killer cells, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before treatment and two weeks after the end of concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Results The levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + and natural killer cells in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05), while the levels of CD3 + and CD4 + in the control group were lower than those before treatment There was no significant difference in the levels of natural killer cells compared with that before treatment (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in the ratio of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + and natural killer cells between the two groups (P <0.05) The efficiency (68.8%) was higher than that of the control group (40.0%). The incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Jinlong capsule combined with cisplatin monotherapy, simultaneous three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for advanced cervical cancer can improve the body immunity, improve quality of life, improve the short-term efficacy and reduce adverse reactions.
