1 前言在炼钢生产中,铬钢占有很大的比重。随着市场经济的发展。铬铁供应趋于紧缺,价格上涨,曾一度制约着铬钢的生产。今年伊始,为了活化资金,北满特钢公司进行了用铬矿石代替碳素铬铁冶炼低铬钢的工艺研究。先后在2个钢种上进行4炉铬矿石直接合金化的工艺试验,结果表明:铬的回收率平均达到93.7%,并能保证钢的化学成份、产品质量均符合其相应的技术条件要求,取得了一定的经济效益。通过试验,基本掌握了这项工艺及操作的规律,为以后扩大铬矿石的应用及进一步研究提供了实践数据。
1 Introduction Chromium steel accounts for a large proportion of steelmaking production. With the development of market economy. At the beginning of this year, in order to activate the capital, Northern Mantelsu Company conducted a research on the process of smelting low-chromium steel with chrome ore instead of carbon ferrochrome. The technological process of direct alloying of 4 ores of chrome ore was carried out on 2 steel grades. The results showed that the average recovery rate of chromium reached 93.7%, and the chemical composition of steel was guaranteed. The quality of the products conformed to the corresponding technical requirements. Has made some economic benefits. Through experiments, the basic rules of this process and operation have been mastered, providing practical data for further application of chromium ore and further research.
