2011年辽宁省化工学会大力倡导自主创新精神,提高原始创新能力和引进消化吸收再创新能力,充分发挥化工石化行业社会团体的桥梁和纽带作用,积极推动产学研相结合。2011年,在辽宁省工业和信息化委员会的领导下,广大会员单位积极参与,学会工作有声有色,有针对性地服务于经济建设主战场,为贯彻石化产业调整和振兴规划,为实施辽宁省委、省政府“五点一线”开放开发战略,做出不懈努力。
