以35CrMo钢为基础,作者研究了合金元素钼、铬对钢的各项性能的影响。认为含1.22~1.24%Mo的钢具有较好的综合机械性能和抗SSC性能;进而研究了高温回火、两次回火、两次淬火以及回火冷却速度的影响,得出700℃高温回火和两次淬火并回火水冷的热处理工艺能提高钢的抗SSC性能,结合金相显微组织和其它的试验结果,对他们的机制作了简要的阐述。在这基础上作者推荐了一种新的抗硫铸钢。
Based on 35CrMo steel, the authors studied the effect of alloying elements, molybdenum and chromium, on various properties of the steel. It is considered that the steel containing 1.22-1.24% Mo has good mechanical properties and SSC resistance. The effects of high temperature tempering, double tempering, two quenching and tempering cooling rates are studied. The results show that tempering at 700 ℃ And two quenching and tempering water cooling heat treatment process can improve the anti-SSC performance of steel, combined with metallographic microstructure and other test results, their mechanism is briefly described. On this basis, the author recommended a new anti-sulfur cast steel.
