本文研究了喷丸弧高度曲线随喷丸工艺参数变化的规律;四种热处理状态下40Cr钢的喷丸强度和时间与其它喷丸工艺参数间的关系;喷丸强度和靶材力学参量与残余压应力层深度间的关系。这一研究结果为靶材喷丸强化工艺参数的制定及喷丸强化的计算机控制,提供了一种途径。
