目前,学校、政府、社会和企业都在积极拓展大学生创业和就业的途径,创业带动就业已成为全社会的共识。大学生富有创业的激情,但缺乏创业能力与创业经验。如果能在这时扶持一下,将加大他们的创业成功率。于是,高校创业孵化器应运而生。由于国家政策的大力支持和本科学校较强的科研能力,孵化器发展迅速,但高职院校的孵化器建设还处于探索阶段,发展相对薄弱,应引起关注。
