为了更好地治理当前我省农村社会治安状况,最近,我们在全省范围内组织开展了规模较大的调查研究。同时,组织专人,对安阳、濮阳、三门峡、商丘、驻马店、信阳等六市地进行了重点调查。从调查和了解的情况看,改革开放十多年间,我省农村社会治安总体上保持了比较平稳的态势,尽管近几年来农村社会治安与过去相比发生了很大的变化,但把它放到了时代发展的大背景下去考察,稳定依然是农村社会治安形势的主流。
