实现9亿农民上网,目前来看并不是件容易的事,然而利用各种媒体的辐射作用,基层信息服务组织的信息增值服务,由农业部主办的中国农业信息网(agri.gov.cn以下简称中农网)却让农民们切实体会到了网络带来的好处。为此笔者特意走访了农业部信息中心主任方瑜。
