目的:探讨红花对青春期前大鼠单侧睾丸扭转复位后对侧睾丸组织在青春期前后的组织学改变以及精子生成情况。方法:42只健康雄性青春期前SD大鼠随机均分为假手术对照组(A组,n=14)、睾丸扭转复位组(B组,n=14)和睾丸扭转复位+红花组(C组,n=14)。按Turner法建立左侧睾丸扭转模型,三组大鼠分别于术后1周及8周时处死7只,即刻采集各组大鼠右侧睾丸标本行组织病理学观察,术后8周时同时取附睾尾部行精子计数及活动率测定。结果与B组相比,术后1周时C组平均曲细精管直径(MSTD)增大,睾丸结构评分降低;术后8周时C组生精上皮层数增多,平均曲细精管直径增大,睾丸组织结构评分降低,同时附睾精子密度与活动率明显升高,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论红花能够减轻青春期前大鼠单侧睾丸扭转复位后对侧睾丸组织损伤,使附睾精子生成显著增多。
Objective: To investigate the histopathological changes and the spermatogenesis of the contralateral testicular tissue before and after puberty in Carthamus tinctorius before prenatal rat unilateral testicular torsion. Methods: Forty-two healthy male pre-adolescent SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operation control group (A group, n = 14), testicular torsion reduction group (B group, n = 14) and testicular torsion reduction + Group, n = 14). The left testicular torsion model was established according to Turner’s method. Three rats were sacrificed at 1 week and 8 weeks after operation, respectively. Right testes specimens were collected and histopathologically observed at 8 weeks after operation Tail sperm count and activity were measured. Results Compared with group B, the mean seminiferous tubule diameter (MSTD) and testicular structure score decreased in group C at 1 week after operation. The number of seminiferous epithelium increased in group C at 8 weeks after operation, The diameter of testis increased and the score of testicular structure decreased. At the same time, the sperm density and activity of epididymis were significantly increased, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Safflower can reduce the contralateral testicular tissue injury after unilateral prenatal testicular torsion reduction and increase the spermatogenesis in epididymis.
