目的研究硒与川芎嗪配伍对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法将50只大鼠随机分成5组,即假手术组、缺血再灌注组、硒组、川芎嗪组、硒加川芎嗪组。检测血浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果缺血再灌注组与假手术组相比,MDA含量明显高于假手术组(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px含量明显低于假手术组(P<0.05)。硒组、川芎嗪组、硒加川芎嗪组与缺血再灌注组相比,MDA含量明显低于缺血再灌注组(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px含量明显高于缺血再灌注组(P<0.05)。硒加川芎嗪组分别与硒组、川芎嗪组相比,MDA含量低于硒组、川芎嗪组(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px含量高于硒组、川芎嗪组(P<0.05)。结论硒与川芎嗪配伍对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。其作用机制与降低血浆MDA、提高SOD、GSH-Px活性,清除自由基有关。
Objective To study the protective effect of the combination of selenium and ligustrazine on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Fifty rats were randomly divided into five groups: sham operation group, ischemia-reperfusion group, selenium group, ligustrazine group and selenium plus ligustrazine group. The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in plasma were measured. Results Compared with sham operation group, MDA content in ischemia / reperfusion group was significantly higher than that in sham operation group (P <0.05). SOD and GSH-Px contents in ischemia reperfusion group were significantly lower than those in sham operation group (P <0.05). The content of MDA in selenium group, ligustrazine group and selenium plus ligustrazine group was significantly lower than that in ischemia-reperfusion group (P <0.05), while the content of SOD and GSH-Px was significantly higher than that in ischemia-reperfusion group Group (P <0.05). Compared with selenium group and ligustrazine group, MDA content in selenium plus ligustrazine group was lower than that in selenium group and ligustrazine group (P <0.05), but SOD and GSH-Px contents in selenium group and ligustrazine group were higher than those in selenium group and ligustrazine group ). Conclusion Selenium and ligustrazine have a protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Its mechanism of action and reduce plasma MDA, increase SOD, GSH-Px activity, free radical scavenging.
