1982—1984年我们通过所内试验和所外示范进行大豆接种根瘤菌应用效果的研究,初步明确了接种根瘤菌使大豆大根瘤(直径大于3毫米)数量和固氮能力明显提高,增加了大豆单株荚数、粒数和百粒重,增产效果和经济效益都比较明显。接种根瘤菌除具有增产作用外,明显地提高了大豆籽实中的蛋白质含量,且有随大豆亩增产量的提高而提高的正相关关系。 通过试验还看到大豆接种根瘤菌的效果变幅较大,明显受使用条件佐佑,因此要想充分发挥根瘸菌的作用,应注重选用优良根瘤菌剂,注意根瘤菌与大豆品种的相宜性,适当加大菌剂用量,保证有充足菌数,优先在供氮水平较低的土壤上使用等,以提高接种根瘤菌的增产效果。
