In developing countries with resource shortages, primary health care is a cost-benefit issue that addresses health care provision. The Philippines starts from the basic needs of the country and establishes a method for traditional recognition and timing. This requires a reconsideration and thorough examination of the nation’s public health structure. Primary health care is a system that is a systematic project that seeks to effectively implement primary health care accordingly.
