法律文书这门学科具有较强的实践性,它在使学生拥有灵活的思考法律、运用法律、书写法律的能力方面具有十分重要的意义。但是,就我国目前的教育现状来说,现有的法律文书教育体系无法真正培养学生的能力,与我国法治化进程的不断推进以及教育改革的进一步展开不相适应。针对这一问题,本文从教育理念、教育过程、教育模式、教学方法这四个层面入手,对法律文书教育的现状、问题以及改革策略进行论述,以推动我国法律文书教学的变革与创新。
Legal discipline This discipline is very practical, it is very important to enable students to have the flexibility to think of the law, the use of law, the ability to write the law. However, as far as the current educational situation in our country is concerned, the existing education system for legal documents can not really cultivate the students’ abilities, which are incompatible with the continuous progress of the legalization of our country and the further development of education reform. In response to this problem, this article discusses the status quo, problems and reform strategies of legal document education from the four aspects of educational philosophy, educational process, educational mode and teaching method so as to promote the reform and innovation of legal document teaching in our country.
