大学生是青年中的主干力量,做好高职高专思想政治教育工作,是加强大学生思想道德建设的重要途径。文章论述了高职高专学生人格教育的必要性,高职高专学生优良人格的标准及人格教育的目标及改进思想政治教育,在实践探索中坚持理论学习与专业实践相结合,主题活动与时代特征相结合,教育引导与学生需求相结合,塑造学生优良人格。
College students are the backbone of young people. To do a good job of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is an important way to strengthen the ideological and moral construction of college students. The article discusses the necessity of personality education of students in higher vocational colleges, the standard of good personality of students in higher vocational colleges and the goal of personality education and the improvement of ideological and political education. In the practice and exploration, we insist on the combination of theoretical study and professional practice. The combination of the characteristics of the times, education guide and the combination of student needs, shaping the student’s good personality.
