热处理对Zn-Al合金微观组织和力学性能的影响

对Zn-Al合金进行不同的热处理,然后对其组织和性能进行分析。结果表明,随着加热温度和保温时间的增加,空冷后锌合金的抗拉强度和伸长率逐渐升高;炉冷后锌合金的抗拉强度变化不大,而伸长率波动较大。热处理后,共析相(α+η)随着加热温度的升高和保温时间的延长由片层状逐渐转变为颗粒状,等轴状的η(Zn)相逐渐溶入共析组织。锌合金的断口上呈现河流花样,断裂面凹凸不平,存在很多相互平行的撕裂台阶,断裂方式为穿晶解理断裂。推荐热处理工艺为:加热温度300℃,保温时间3 h,随炉冷却。此时,合金的抗拉强度为185 MPa,伸长率为10.8%。 The Zn-Al alloys were subjected to different heat treatments and their microstructures and properties were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of heating temperature and holding time, the tensile strength and elongation of the air-cooled zinc alloy increase gradually. The tensile strength of the zinc alloy does not change much after the cooling and the elongation fluctuates greatly. After heat treatment, the eutectoid phase (α + η) gradually changed from lamellar to granular with the increase of heating temperature and holding time. The equiaxed η (Zn) phase gradually dissolved into the eutectoid structure. Zinc alloy fracture appears river pattern, the fracture surface is uneven, there are many parallel to the tearing stage, fracture mode transcrystalline cleavage fracture. Recommended heat treatment process: heating temperature 300 ℃, holding time 3 h, with the furnace cooling. At this point, the alloy tensile strength of 185 MPa, elongation of 10.8%.
