文章分析总结了国内矿井提升事故的经验教训后,指出断电状态的全速过卷、过放事故,是最危险的。其教训:《规程》关于过卷高度、过放距离的规定偏小;安全制动力的整定混乱。建议修订《规程》:按最高极限来确定最小过卷高度;按最低极限确定最大过放距离;《规程》原规定保留作为下限;并按提升下放重载的实际安全制动减速度检验。文章还给出了各种提升系统、各种制动器的最佳变位安全制动力的选择整定原则及计算公式。可供制造、设计、安装、生产及教学参考!
After analyzing and summarizing the experiences and lessons of mine accidents in our country, it is pointed out that it is the most dangerous situation when the state of power failure is over full speed and overdischarge. The lesson: “rules” on the roll height, the provisions of the provisions of the small distance; safety braking force tuning confusion.
