本文旨在介绍气力吸送在喷射混凝土作业中的应用、气力吸送设备的设计方案选择和设计原则。按照气力吸送原理,已经先后研制成功了 HSP—2型混凝土上料喷射机、HG型和 KHG 型喷射混凝土综合机组,并通过了技术鉴定。它基本上解决了当前喷射混凝土作业中的粉尘危害问题,机旁综合粉尘浓度仅只为10~15(毫克/米~3)。
The purpose of this paper is to introduce the application of pneumatic suction in shotcrete operation, design options and design principles of pneumatic suction equipment. In accordance with the principle of pneumatic suction, has successfully developed HSP-2-type concrete feeding jets, HG-type and KHG-type jet concrete integrated unit, and passed the technical appraisal. It basically solves the problem of dust hazard in the current shotcrete operation. The comprehensive dust concentration near the machine is only 10-15 (mg / m ~ 3).
