角膜葡萄肿是指角膜部位包含虹膜的组织向前异常隆凸。在炎症阶段,可并发虹膜炎或虹膜睫状体炎。当角膜溃疡或基质炎愈合、修复后,在角膜上形成的不透明部分叫角膜瘢痕。我科收治一例患者幼年典型的慢性腹泻导致维生素A缺乏,致角膜软化症病史:腹泻多日后出现左眼角膜溃烂,并失明,后轻微胀痛,不伴其他不适,一直未行处理。10天前胀痛加重,并自行破溃出血;角巩膜严重变形、血管化,影响美观,成功手术后经过精心护理与治疗,效果满意,恢复良好。
