文章针对黄土丘陵区退耕坡地可利用降水资源动态变化剧烈、水土流失严重等问题,以水平沟、鱼鳞坑等水保坡面整地工程形成微地形集雨工程,提高坡地降水资源利用率,以解决黄土丘陵区退耕坡地水土流失严重的问题,使当地土地资源有效利用,把退耕坡地变成能够利用的土地,在解决水土流失问题的同时,缓解土地紧张、可用耕地较少的矛盾,为农牧民增收及生态建设提供物质保障,促进区域经济发展。
In this paper, aiming at the problems such as the dynamic changes of available precipitation resources and the serious soil erosion in the slope farmland of slope land in the hilly Loess Plateau, the micro-topographical rainwater harvesting project is formed by the soil-water surface slope leveling project such as horizontal ditch and fish-scale pit and so on. In the loess hilly region, the problem of serious soil and water loss in returning cultivated sloping land makes the local land resources effectively use and turn the returned sloping land into usable land. While solving the problem of soil erosion, it can alleviate the contradiction between land tension and available cultivated land for farming and animal husbandry Increase income and ecological construction to provide material security and promote regional economic development.
