文章针对洛惠渠灌区的特性和运行特点,从水资源的合理调度和利用出发,阐述了水资源统一调度存在的问题,并提出了可行性对策,值得借鉴。
According to the characteristics and operational features of the Luohuiqu Irrigation District, this paper elaborates the problems existing in the unified scheduling of water resources from the perspective of rational water resources deployment and utilization, and puts forward feasible measures that are worth learning from.
