目的:检测甲状腺乳头状癌组织中EphA2与E-cadherin蛋白的表达及其临床意义,探究两者的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP/PV方法检测43例甲状腺乳头状癌、11例甲状腺腺瘤、10例癌旁正常甲状腺组织中蛋白EphA2与E-cadherin表达,并观察其与临床病理因素的关系。结果:EphA2蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达(阳性率58.14%)分别高于甲状腺腺瘤(阳性率18.18%)和正常甲状腺组织(阳性率10.00%)的表达(P<0.05),而E-cadherin蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌(阳性率32.56%)中的表达分别低于甲状腺腺瘤(阳性率81.81%)及正常甲状腺组织(阳性率100.00%)的表达(P<0.05),甲状腺乳头状癌中蛋白EphA2与E-cadherin的表达与患者的淋巴结转移和临床分期相关(P<0.05),而与患者的性别、年龄及肿瘤的大小均无关(P>0.05),且EphA2与E-cadherin蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.416,P<0.01)。结论:甲状腺乳头状癌的发生发展与EphA2和E-cadherin蛋白的表达密切相关。
Objective: To detect the expression of EphA2 and E-cadherin protein in papillary thyroid carcinoma and its clinical significance, to explore the correlation between the two. Methods: The expressions of EphA2 and E-cadherin in 43 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma, 11 cases of thyroid adenoma and 10 cases of adjacent normal thyroid tissue were detected by immunohistochemical SP / PV method. Conclusion: The occurrence and development of papillary thyroid carcinoma are closely related to the expression of EphA2 and E-cadherin proteins.
