炉缸冻结是高炉操作中发生的重大事故,造成的经济损失较大。就300m~3级高炉而言,发生这种事故时会损失产量2000～4000t,损失焦炭50～100t,大型高炉的损失会更大。而且在处理事故过程中要消耗很多的人力和物力,遇到很多不安全的因素。广州钢铁厂李国成同志根据国内兄弟厂家的处理经验,并结合自己的工作实践,提出了预防炉缸冻结的措施。
The blast furnace hearth is a major accident occurred in blast furnace operation, resulting in greater economic losses. In the case of a 300m ~ 3 blast furnace, this kind of accident can result in a loss of 2000-4000 tons of output and a loss of 50-100 tons of coke, resulting in a greater loss for a large blast furnace.
