洋快餐进入中国的姿态,伴随着非常强势、无孔不入的广告,所营造的温情用餐氛围,将中等收入家庭作为目标的消费群体。曾经探讨过洋快餐店为什么会具有那么样的吸引力,发现并不是食物是如何的可口,而是他们所提供的除了食物之外的附加服务,餐厅的桌椅,背景音乐,以及用餐的方式,有别于中国式家庭的刻板、严肃,有相当一部分的家长们,一到饭桌上就把用餐时间当作课堂,教训孩子为人处事之道,孩子们咽下去的不光是食物,还有许多源自长辈的负面情绪,在如此压抑的情境下吃饭,孩子们只会有想逃离的心,哪里会体味到食物的本味。
