盐酸胺碘酮是一种抗心律失常药 ,本文提出一种测定片剂中盐酸胺碘酮的方法。采用氧瓶燃烧及溶剂吸收将有机药物中的碘转化为碘离子 ,利用单柱阴离子交换色谱法 ,以 2 5mmol/L邻苯二甲酸、2 6mmol/L三羟甲基氨基甲烷为淋洗液 ,用直接电导法进行测定。碘离子浓度在 1 0 0~ 5 0 0mg/L范围内与峰高的响应值存在良好的线性相关关系 (相关系数为 0 9998)。经F检验 ,此法与药典所载的滴定法精密度无显著性差异 ,而且更简便 ,快速。
