生产者服务业是指由企业提供的,作为其他商品或服务生产中间投入品的市场化服务活动和组织的集合,是现代服务业的重要组成部分。当前正是我国实现经济体制转型和增长方式根本转变的关键时期,大力发展服务业尤其是生产者服务业,并实现与制造业的协调、互动发展成为题中应有之义。伴随着经济全球化的迅速推进和信息通讯技术的广泛应用,生产者服务业对一国(或地区)的经济发展日益重要。文章以上海市为例,对上海的生产者服务业与经济发展的关系进行实证分析,提出相应的政策建议。
Producer services refers to the collection of market-based service activities and organizations provided by enterprises as intermediate inputs for the production of other goods or services and is an important part of modern service industry. At present, it is a crucial period for China to realize its fundamental transformation in the transformation of its economic system and its mode of growth. To develop service industries, especially producer service industries, and achieve coordinated and interactive development with manufacturing industries has become the proper meaning of the questions. With the rapid economic globalization and the widespread application of ICT, producer services are increasingly important to the economic development of a country (or region). Taking Shanghai as an example, the article makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between producer services and economic development in Shanghai, and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
