公路线形设计不仅关系到行车的安全,而且关系到路基的稳定与道路的美观。路线线形设计不但要满足车辆的行驶要求和相应的设计规范,还应结合实际考虑设计的路线线形对实际行车安全的影响。设计时,应充分考虑平、纵线形设计的合理性、连续性、均衡性,坚持“以人为本,安全第一”的原则。目前,公路勘察设计越来越重视安全、环保、节能等可持续发展的设计理念。对路线进行安全性评价,优化平、纵线形设计,提高设计水平,这都是降低交通安全事故的重要因素。
The linear design of the highway not only relates to the safety of driving, but also relates to the stability of the subgrade and the beauty of the road. Route alignment design not only to meet the vehicle’s driving requirements and the corresponding design specifications, but also should be combined with the actual consideration of the design line alignment on the actual traffic safety. Design, should take full account of the flat, vertical linear design of the rationality, continuity, balance, adhere to the “people-oriented, safety first” principle. At present, the highway survey and design more and more attention to safety, environmental protection, energy saving and other sustainable design concepts. Evaluating safety of routes, optimizing flat and longitudinal linear design, and improving design level are all important factors in reducing traffic accidents.
