采用不同的铸造工艺制备了机床减震用细晶AZ91Ce0.2镁合金,并对显微组织、力学性能、阻尼性能和耐磨损性能进行了测试与对比分析。结果表明,在试验条件下,获得的AZ91Ce0.2镁合金平均晶粒尺寸在90μm以内;铸造工艺对镁合金的性能影响较大,其中0℃抗拉强度增加了48MPa,室温抗拉强度增加了43 MPa,-40℃冲击吸收功增加了23 J,0℃冲击吸收功增加了20 J,室温阻尼值提高了68.09%,0℃磨损体积减少了74.70%,室温磨损体积减少了78.67%。
Different kinds of casting processes were used to prepare fine grain AZ91Ce0.2 magnesium alloy for vibration damping of machine tool, and the microstructure, mechanical properties, damping properties and wear resistance were tested and compared. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the average grain size of AZ91Ce0.2 magnesium alloy is less than 90μm. The casting process has a great influence on the properties of magnesium alloy. The tensile strength at 0 ℃ increases by 48MPa and the tensile strength at room temperature increases At 43 MPa, the impact absorption energy at -40 ℃ increased by 23 J, the absorbed energy at 0 ℃ increased by 20 J, the room temperature damping value increased by 68.09%, the wear volume at 0 ℃ decreased by 74.70% and the wear volume at room temperature decreased by 78.67%.
