一、前言辊底式连续热处理炉适用于钢板、钢管、型钢和线材的退火、正火、高温回火及淬火等热处理工艺。一般采用液体或气体燃料,其加热方式可以分为辐射管间接加热和燃烧器明火加热两种。国内多数采用的是明火加热。由于辊底式炉处理的钢材质量好、产量高、成本低,同时实现了机械化和自动化操作,比间断式生产的热处理炉具有明显的优越性,因此,得到广泛应用。
