学生工作是高职育人系统中重要的一环,是集教育、管理、服务于一体的一项实践活动系统工程。面对新时期社会人才需求的变化,高职院校的飞速发展,以及高职大学生身心发展的实际所带来的机遇和挑战,高职学生工作应该创新工作理念、建立健全工作组织机构、突出工作重点、转变工作方法、提升工作队伍的素质,以建立一个以“人文关怀和心理疏导”为主线的工作机制。
