一、前言国内已应用低温镀铁于生产,尤其在汽车、拖拉机及港口运输等行业小型机械零件的修复更为广泛.但在制造业中尚未得到充分的应用,主要原因之一是对镀铁层的性能了解还不够.目前从已有资料看,国内外资料对其内在联系和理论性的分析尚无详尽介绍,特别是评价镀层结合强度、疲劳强度和耐磨性等方面尚未有足够的科学试验资料、得出充分可靠的定量结果或作出有科学根据的论断,因此对正在发展着的低温镀铁探求比较可靠的测试方法,确定其性能就显得颇为重要. 国内外对评定镀层与基体金属结合强度的方法很多,但由迅速和非破坏性检测结合强度的要求而言,则还不尽如人意.
