专业教师业务能力的提升是教育智力援疆的一项重要内容,是促进新疆中职教师快速成长,提高新疆中职学校教学质量的必经之路。从对口援疆的视角,尝试对新疆中职专业教师的业务能力现状进行研究,并提出提升新疆中职专业教师业务能力的对策和保障中职专业教师快速发展的措施。
The improvement of the professional ability of professional teachers is an important part of educational intelligence aid to Xinjiang. It is the only way to promote the rapid growth of secondary vocational teachers in Xinjiang and to improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational schools in Xinjiang. From the perspective of counterpart Yuanjiang, this paper attempts to study the current situation of vocational ability of secondary vocational school teachers in Xinjiang and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the vocational ability of secondary vocational school teachers in Xinjiang and measures to ensure the rapid development of secondary vocational school teachers.
