岗位设置管理工作实施以来,多数高校对教师专业技术职务评聘改革进行了许多有益探索,但一些高校艺术类教师的专业技术职务评聘工作仍然存在轻教学、无视学科特殊性、标准不够量化、评委学科跨度大、监督不力等问题。鉴于此,文章提出了提升教学权重、重视学科差异、量化评聘标准、强化同行评审、强化监督约束五项建议,以期为解决高校艺术类教师专业技术职务评聘工作存在的主要问题提供借鉴。
Since the implementation of job setting and management, most colleges and universities have conducted many useful explorations on the reform of teachers’ professional and technical positions. However, there are still some problems in the work of appraisal and appointment of some professional arts teachers in colleges and universities, ignoring the particularities of disciplines, Judges wide range of disciplines, supervision and other issues. In view of this, the article puts forward five suggestions to enhance the teaching weight, pay attention to the differences among disciplines, quantify the evaluation criteria, strengthen the peer review and strengthen the supervision and restraint, in order to provide reference for solving the main problems existing in the appraisal and appointment of professional art teachers in art colleges.
